How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart from the Shop page, then choose click & collect or nationwide delivery at checkout. You can check out as a guest — no account needed.
Which stores offer click & collect?
Otahuhu, Mt Roskill, and Lotus (Stoddard Road) all offer click & collect with bookable time slots. Pick your store and a time when you check out and we'll have it ready and waiting.
How does nationwide delivery pricing work?
Enter your address and postcode at checkout to see delivery options and pricing for your area — Auckland addresses and the rest of New Zealand are priced separately, and delivery is free over $80. Rural (RD) addresses carry a small surcharge.
Are your products vegetarian?
Yes — we have been a 100% vegetarian business since we started in 1991.
Do you list allergens or ingredients for each product?
Our sweets and snacks are prepared in a kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy and gluten. If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
Can you cater for large events?
Yes, we cater from 20 to 2,000 people for weddings, religious functions, and corporate events — see our Catering and Wedding Packages pages, or get in touch for a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal (including Pay in 4), internet banking / bank transfer, and — for click & collect orders — pay at the counter when you pick up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible on 09 270 3275 or via the Contact Us page. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it's been prepared, but can't guarantee changes once it's in progress.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards programme?
Not yet — but ask in-store, as we do run seasonal offers around festivals like Diwali and Raksha Bandhan.
